SmartScan™ clears away all documents and eliminates manual sorting and archiving.
Via SmartScan™ customers deliver scanned material securely over the internet to SmartInfo. Every paper that is scanned receives a unique ID which makes it possible to rapidly retrieve a physical document. Paper and images together means that file storage is freed up whilst we also work paperlessly!

SmartReader™
SmartReader is our interpretation service in which we read and interpret material and which also provides automatic recording.
With the aid of the market’s best software for character recognition we make sure that the information is correct. Examples of data that is interpreted are personal ID number, name, address, telephone number, account number, e-mail address, document type, date, etc.
To enhance security we then do a quality control in which we for example calculate whether the numbers in a personal ID number are feasible or that the customer number we read is in your customer register. If there are documents that deviate then these are returned in a separate queue in the archive for correction.
